Patriotic Cake Cookies for 4th of July

Celebrate America’s Independence Day this year with these cute and easy red, white, and blue patriotic cake cookies for 4th of July! They’re festive and easy-to-make fourth of July cookies that everyone will love.
Fourth of July Cookies | Patriotic Cake Cookies for 4th of July

Ingredients:
1 box of French Vanilla cake mix
1/3 C Canola oil
2 large eggs
Red and Sky Blue gel food coloring
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 350º F.
Using a standing mixer, combine cake mix, vegetable oil, and 2 eggs until combined.
Divide the batter into three separate bowls.
Mix red food coloring into one bowl
Mix Sky Blue food coloring into the second bowl
Leave the third bowl white.
Take about 1 TSP of each color of dough and form into tablespoon sized balls.
Place cookie dough balls about 2 inches apart on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Lightly push each cookie dough ball down so that it becomes a thick but flat disk.
Bake for 7 to 8 minutes.
Allow cookies to completely cool before enjoying!
