How to Organize Plastic Bags

Ok, all you need for this project is an empty Lysol container and a bunch of your plastic bags! Depending on how large your plastic bag collection has gotten, this might not hold all of them, but you could always use more than one of these and put them in different rooms – like one in the kitchen, one in the bathroom, one for your pets, etc.  Yes, this is a little sketchy.  It’s either this or a giant bag of bags.

Just use up and dry out a Lysol wipe container or similar (the bigger, the better), take off the outside label, and then you have a nice little container with a spout at the top that’s perfect for pulling out plastic bags. Some people recommend doing fancy rolling things to get the plastic bags to come out in a neat little manner, but I just stuffed them all in there and it works just fine. 😃 So stuff your plastic bags in there (don’t over-stuff), and then you can pull them out at the top like I’ve done in the picture above (and, you know, close the lid when you’re done).
