Easy Homemade Bagel Pizzas
Pizza Bagel Ingredients:
- Bagels
- Pizza Sauce
- Pizza Cheese
- Toppings of your choice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Gather ingredients and split open the bagels.
Place bagels, flat side up on a baking sheet.
Put the bagels in the toaster for about 5 minutes to get them nice and toasty. Since the bagels are already cooked, we’re just warming them up a little first.
Remove from the heat and spoon pizza sauce on top. If you want to be fancy, you could definitely make your own pizza sauce from scratch, but this is meant to be an easy recipe. 😉
Sprinkle with pizza cheese. This is a blend of orange and white shredded cheese.
Top as desired. This is a great way to get veggies or protein on your pizza! We used slices of pepperoni, but you could also use sliced green peppers, pineapple, ham, etc.
You could even have a mini pizza party and let everyone choose their own toppings from a bowl for each individual bagel.
Put the bagels back into the oven for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
*This is a great recipe to use with a convection oven or toaster oven!
